Meet the heart behind Little Wings — our story, our mission, and the dedicated team helping children fly.
Little Wings Rehabilitation Centre was founded with one simple belief — every child, regardless of their challenges, deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. What started as a small therapy practice in Islamabad has grown into a trusted, multi-service rehabilitation centre serving hundreds of families across Pakistan.
Led by Munnazzah Faisal, a dedicated Speech & Behaviour Therapist and Special Educator, our centre brings together a passionate team of certified specialists committed to delivering the highest standard of paediatric care. We believe in a whole-child approach — one that recognises each child's unique strengths, needs, and family context.
Today, Little Wings offers 15 specialist services — from speech therapy and ABA to early intervention, school readiness, and online consultancy — making expert rehabilitation accessible to families wherever they are.
Started as a boutique speech and behaviour therapy practice in I-10/1, Islamabad — serving the local community with a small but dedicated team.
Growing demand led us to expand our services — bringing OT specialists and launching our Early Intervention Program for children under 5.
We launched our flagship School Readiness Program and dedicated Autism Spectrum Disorder track — becoming a comprehensive rehabilitation centre.
We took our services nationwide — launching online therapy and consultancy sessions, making expert care accessible across all of Pakistan.
Today Little Wings stands as one of Islamabad's most trusted paediatric rehabilitation centres — with 15 specialist services and a growing family of success stories.
To provide accessible, compassionate, evidence-based rehabilitation therapy for every child — regardless of their challenges — while empowering families with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to be active partners in their child's growth.
A Pakistan where every child with special needs has equal access to world-class rehabilitation therapy — where no child is left behind, every family is supported, and every child is celebrated for their unique potential and strengths.
The dedicated therapist and educator behind every child's progress at Little Wings.
Munnazzah Faisal is the founder and lead therapist at Little Wings Rehabilitation Centre. With over a decade of hands-on experience in paediatric rehabilitation, she has dedicated her career to helping children with special needs find their voice, build their confidence, and reach their fullest potential.
Her journey began with a deep passion for speech therapy, which she expanded into behaviour analysis, special education, and early intervention — recognising that children with complex needs require a multi-dimensional, family-centred approach to care.
Munnazzah is known for her warm, patient, and child-first approach. She creates therapy environments where children feel safe to explore, take risks, and grow — and where parents feel informed, empowered, and genuinely supported.
Three core pillars that define how we deliver therapy — and why it works.
Every therapy plan is built around the individual child — their unique strengths, interests, learning style, and goals. We never use a one-size-fits-all approach.
Individualised PlansParents are not just observers — they are active partners in therapy. We train, guide, and support families to extend progress into everyday home and school life.
Parent PartnershipAll our interventions are grounded in peer-reviewed research and proven clinical frameworks — including ABA, NDT, sensory integration, and structured literacy approaches.
Proven MethodsThe principles that guide every interaction, every session, and every decision we make.
